Well, this is very very simple, but can get pretty pricey. An amazing cook in my homeward served it to me and I've been dreaming of more every since!
Just take a slice of fresh tomato, add a slice of fresh Mozzarella (the FRESH.. almost slimy kind!, then a wedge of fresh avocado, then spritz with the Salad Spritzer of your choice (I think she used some kind of vinigarette). You can play with sizes and cut them into fourths to stretch the quantity!

Awesome! I can just taste it! It reminds me of Caprise Salad, with tomato, basil and soft mozarella. Avocados would taste so good! Great idea!

I served a caprese salad at a baby shower I went to. I cut up the fresh mozzerella and roma tomatoes into bite-size chunks, tore in some basil and seasoned it with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Then I cut up some crusty French Bread for them to eat the salad on. It's one of Matt's favorite things that I make! Avacado would be a divine addition! Thanks for the ideas!!
