I shop an Winco because I'm ghetto like that. It also means that I've had a surplus of Pork Chops in my freezer forever that I didn't know what on earth to do with. Until now. Meet Pioneer Woman...my hero. She's hilarious, brilliant in the kitchen, hilarious, provides step by step photographed directions, oh and she's hilarious. You must try these pork chops. They are fabulous and so easy. I made them with some wilted spinach and some rice. There wasn't any talking at dinner tonight, just audible mmmms and yumms. Enjoy!
