Brigitte is here visiting me in Des Moines, and we have been enjoying some fruit dip that I made for a Baby Shower.
8 0z softened cream cheese
3/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c sugar
1 T vanilla
Toffee pieces (you have to eye-ball it, I used about 1/4 the bag which would be about 1/2 cup)
Whip it all together and serve with apples, bananas, strawberries, etc.
SO YUMMY!!
This will probably be my last post from Des Moines! I'm looking forward to seeing all you Utahns!
