Aunt Kathy's Debut Post...

Aunt Kathy's Black-Eyed Pea Dip
1 15-ounce can black-eyed peas (drain and rinse)
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 Tablespoons minced onion
1 Tablespoon diced jalapeno pepper
1 Tablespoon jalapeno juice
1 1/2 cups grated sharp Tillamook cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 3ounce can deviled ham
3 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
Cook peas two minutes and drain. Lightly mash peas and mix with salt, and mix with next 6 ingredients. Pour into a 9-inch round baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve warm with chips, crackers and veggies. Enjoy!
