Vanilla Ice Cream
2qt. 4qt. 5qt. 6qt.

1 cup 2 c. 2 1/2 c. 3 c. Milk
1 cup 1 3/4 c. 2 1/2 c. 2 3/4 c. Sugar dash 1/2 tsp. 1/2 tsp. 3/4 tsp. Salt
1 cup 2 c. 2 1/2 c. 3 c. Half and Half
1 1/2 tsp. 1 T. 1 1/2 T. 2 T Vanilla extract
2 cups 4 c. 5 c. 6 c. Whipping cream
Scald milk until bubbles from around edge. Remove from heat. Add sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved. Stir in half and half, vanilla and whipping cream. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Churn according to ice cream freezer's directions.
